I'm a pasta kind of girl. I mean any kind of pasta as long as the sauce is amazing. This pasta and this sauce is just that- ah-mazing. Who can resist a bowl of creamy Alfredo pasta which sticks to every piece of noodle. No jar stuff, this is home made baby. You know what you're putting in the sauce and how to make it your own and it does not take long at all. Put a little razzle dazzle in it. So I'm going to be honest and say I've never made Garlic Steak Bites and pasta before so there's no story about my Grandma passing this down. What I can say, is as of lately I've been eating pretty clean during the week and when the weekend comes I want to treat myself with a few things I had a taste for during the week, So as you can see, Garlic Steak Bites and Alfredo Pasta was on my mind and it was a great idea to combine the two. I added green beans to my dish, feel free to opt for a different vegetable. You really have to try this 30 minute pasta dish though. Be sure to tag me on Instagram if you do.

  • 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic herb seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning or to taste
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, cubed and softened ( I used whipped
  • cream cheese)
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (gradually add more according to how thick you want your sauce)
Directions
  • Step 1 Cut meat in cubes and season with salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • Step 2 Add 1 tablespoon olive oil to a cast iron pan on medium heat
  • Step 3 Add 1/2 the minced garlic to pan and cook until fragrant, then add steak
  • Step 4 Cook steak 4-5 minutes flipping halfway through. Remove from heat
  • Step 5 Cook pasta according to package. Reserve a little pasta water, drain and set aside
  • Step 6 Add 1 tablespoon butter to large skillet on medium heat. Toss in garlic and saute until fragrant.
  • Step 7 Add heavy cream and stir well. Let sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes then add cream cheese once it starts to bubble. Whisk sauce together well and add garlic herb seasoning, Italian seasoning, parmesan cheese and parsley. Whisk until sauce is smooth and simmer on low until sauce has thickened and coats the spoon. Add pasta to sauce and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes and remove from heat.
